Tracker Card
Android Tracker Card Manual
Set it up in about 5 minutes, then find your wallet with Google Find Hub on your Android phone.
Have an iPhone? Open the iPhone manual
Before you start
Power
- On: press once, you hear a chime
- Off: hold 3 seconds, you hear two beeps
Battery
- Charge fully before first use: 60 to 120 min
- Red light goes off when it is full
- Lasts up to 5 months per charge
Place it off-centre on a Qi wireless charger
Watch chargers and 3-in-1 stands often miss the coil. Use a single Qi pad.
Connect to Find Hub
- Turn on Bluetooth and Location
- Turn on Scan for nearby devices in Settings → Google → All services
- Press the card's button to switch it on
- Tap Connect on the pop-up
- Name it, then tap Continue and Finish
No pop-up? Close Find Hub, check you are signed in to Google, then try again or reset the card (Step 4).
Find your wallet
Nearby
Tap your card in Find Hub, then Play sound.
Far away
See its last location on the map and tap Directions.
Lost
Tap Mark as lost and add your contact details. A finder sees your message.
Remove the card
- Open Find Hub → Items → your card
- Tap Remove item and confirm
- A chime confirms it is ready for a new phone
Reset the card
Fixes most connection problems.
- If it is listed in Find Hub, remove it first (Step 3)
- Switch the card on and wait for the chime
- Wait 10 seconds
- Press 5 times, hold the 5th press until the chime
Keep a steady rhythm, not too fast or slow. Did not work? Wait 20 seconds and try again.
Two beeps mean the card switched off, not reset. Only the chime means it worked.
Quick fixes
Not connecting or not showing up? Try these in order.
- Update Android and Find Hub
- Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Location and Scan for nearby devices on
- Charge the card
- Restart your phone
- Reset the card
The card does not charge
Use a single Qi pad and place the card off-centre, left side over the middle of the pad. Watch chargers, dual pads and 3-in-1 stands often do not work.
The location is not updating
That is normal for short moves. To save battery, the map updates every few minutes through nearby Android phones, so busy places update faster. Test it at a supermarket and check again after a few minutes.
Still no pop-up
Clear the cache: Settings → Apps → Google Play services → Storage → Clear cache, then the same for Find Hub. Or pair from another Android device signed in to the same Google account.
