01 — Where we ship
Riva ships worldwide. Every order is dispatched with end-to-end tracking.

02 — Free shipping over €30
Shipping is free on all orders of €30 or more. Orders under €30 ship for a flat €5. No surprise fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

03 — Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 6–12 business days. We ship directly from our production partner — no warehouse middlemen, no markup for storage. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the workshop.

04 — If something goes wrong
Lost in transit, stuck in customs longer than 21 business days, or arrives damaged — write to us at info@rivawallet.com and we'll resend or refund. No questions, no proof-of-purchase gymnastics.
