Which phones does it work with?
Any Qi-enabled phone: iPhone 8 and later, plus Qi-compatible Android phones from Samsung, Google and others.
How fast does it charge?
Up to 15W, depending on your phone. It negotiates the fastest safe speed your device supports.
Does it charge through a case?
Yes, through most cases up to 5 mm thick. Very thick cases, metal plates or a wallet of cards can block wireless charging.
Is a cable and plug included?
The 2-in-1 charging cable (USB-C and USB-A) is included. A wall adapter is not, use any USB adapter you already own.
It’s not charging. What should I check?
Centre your phone on the pad, remove any metal-backed case or card wallet, and make sure the cable is in a powered adapter. The LED confirms when it’s aligned and charging.
